1、 Exhibition Procedures
1）Call Department of Exhibition of ACBA to reserve the booth before March 15th, 2012
2）After assessment of qualification, sign the Agreement of Exhibition (sent back by organizer with stamp, and fax copy is valid)
3）Exhibitor pays the booth in time according to the terms of Agreement of Exhibition
4）Email electronic version of Exhibitor Service Manual to exhibitors.
5）Exhibitor fills the Form of Exhibitor
6）Exhibitor applies for assessment of booth construction two, water and energy usage and exhibition unit rental, etc. two months prior to exhibition date. The assessment is under supervision of Department of Engineering, China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex.
7）If exhibitors need to reserve hotels, please contact collaborative companies of China Bakery Exhibition.
8）Follow the time schedule in Exhibitor Service Manual for registration, booth set-up, display and booth removal.

2、 Exhibition booth fees
1）For standard booth: USD2500/booth (9m2) For raw space: USD250/m2
2）Units: partitions, carpet, nameplate, two fluorescent lamps, a socket, a desk and two chairs. There are no units for raw space.

3、 Cancel booth reservation If exhibitor needs to cancel booth reservation, it must inform the Organizer of China Bakery Exhibition two months prior to exhibition date. Exhibitor must pay 20% of total fees for its booth reservation as penalty. If exhibitor wants to cancel booth reservation 30 days prior to exhibition date, the Organizer won’t give refund. If the exhibitor who wants to cancel booth reservation 30 days prior to exhibition date doesn’t remit full exhibition fees, the Organizer has the right to ask the exhibitor to remit the balance as penalty.

4、 Notice
1）The name of organizations appears in the booth must be the same as the exhibitors apply for.
2）Exhibitors are forbidden to produce and sell any goods in the name of China Bakery Exhibition, unless they have the authorization by the Organizer.
3）If the Exhibition was cancelled by any reason, the Organizer will give back what exhibitor has remitted with no interests and has no compensation and legal responsibility.
4）It’s forbidden to display brand copycats and infringement products. If the exhibitor violates the rules, it will be banned for exhibition immediately and won’t be allowed to participate in the next session.
