The competition in 21st century is the competition between talented people, which also can be applied in China’s baking industry. Skilled industry people are badly needed. The brand new image of China’s baking industry people should be skills-, knowledge- and all-roundness-oriented. When the training and education put in full practice, the traditional image of China’s baking industry people will be changed and the consumption of baking food will be enhanced.

　　In order to promote the professionalism of industry people and the quick development of the industry, set training organizations in local markets, and bring more systematic training opportunities for industry people, All-China Bakery Association (ACBA) established Training and Education Committee on 2008 for better coordination of baking training and education in China.

　　Baking big shots and young talents from Beijing Gino Food Promotion Center, Shenzhen Liu Keyuan Art Cake Research and Development Center, and Shenzhen Senpai Art and Western-style Pastry Training, presented high level performances on confectionary art, decorating cake, chocolate art and European-Style Cake in the event.

　　Photos, videos and discussions brought hot atmosphere on site. Gino Cao, Director of Training and Education Committee (TEC), said that the event set an great interactive platform and TEC would flexibly organize many events to demonstrate the strengths of local training schools and to enhance the level of training education in China.
