Although the European style bakeries dominate the baking market in Korea, the Asian emotions are subtly embodied in those bakeries. Their baking products demonstrate the beauty of aesthetics, and the configuration of color is prominent in wholeness and theme.
The decoration and interior design of Korean bakeries weigh the reasonable configuration of space, color and lighting, which will surely cause added value to attract the customers¨ attention, stimulate their purchase desire and eventually enhance the sales turnover.
Most bakeries in Korea employ comprehensive management: several coffee tables and chairs dot the graceful space and customers can spend their leisure time in bakeries when they share the deserts and coffee.
After Visit Bakery in Korea, all the members had confident in the status quo and development of China¨s baking industry. Fan Rongmei, Standing Vice President of ACBA, thought that China¨s baking market just experienced the transformation period like Japan and Korea did before, the development of diversity and individuality were indispensible.
