Baking in China, starting
publication in 1996 and targeting domestic and oversea
professionals in baking industry, is a monthly journal
by ACBA, All-China Bakery Association. Containing
88 pages, it is printed with full color and copperplate
paper. The Circulation of Baking in China is 50,000
per month.
James Wu, Honorary Life President of ACBA, though
that China¡¯s baking industry is developing with
professionalism and diversity and new technics
and ideas will be employed in the industry. Baking
in China follows the direction of Mr. Wu and plays
its role in offering more up-to-the-minute baking
information for the industry.
